Align from Within
Gina’s classes are influenced by somatic movement practices, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Iyengar Yoga, yoga therapeutics, mindfulness meditation and ergonomics. She is known for her ability to make complex practices safe and accessible.
She teaches students how to: sustain healthy posture in practice, access awareness of their body and breath, and enhance their ability to move with ease in daily life.

All are welcome to join in these classes, although they are created with beginners, seniors, pre/postnatal, arthritis, osteoporosis and post-injury in mind.
GENTLE I (chair) Accessible for every body. Explore the breath postures, movement & relaxation with step by step instructions at the pace you choose. Practice using the support of a chair: seated and standing. Minimal weight baring
GENTLE II (mat) Quicker transitions from standing, to the floor or laying. Refine postures with alignment and action, explore flow & restoratives with detailed demonstrations. Moderate weight baring.

Beginner/Basics
Created for students new to the yoga or seeking a solid foundational practice that breaks down postures, their alignment and actions with moderately paced transitions. Full spectrum of poses moderate to strong weight baring.

A challenging, steady paced, full spectrum practice, integrating detailed alignment, progressive transitions and basic to intermediate poses.
